Dear Reader,

This portfolio represents a body of work that has changed considerably over the last few years.

Winters were especially long at my alma mater, Trinity College, and so I spent a lot of time developing my skills in web design (informally) and programming (formally) . Although I loved to code in Java, interactive C and an ancient language called fortran, the GUI that we built always looked like something out of an old sci-fi movie. I wouldn't necessarily say it was important for the applications to look nice, but as an entrepreneur, I tend to see things from the user's perspective - it helps remind me what's relevant.

Keeping that in mind, I revisited my old hobby and began to design/build websites again. Initially, I started out redesigning and simultaneously destroying beautiful templates by writing terrible, buggy code but eventually I got better at it.

To date I have created and re-designed many websites running WordPress, open-source & commercial scripts as well as sites running more light-weight content management systems. I have built websites for businesses, e-commerce stores, commercial applications, open-source stuff, blogs and personal websites.

If you are interested in the work I can do for you as a designer/internet consultant please feel free to contact me at Brice@wireBlitz.com or visit my about page.
